We are looking for a warm, dependable person with a connection to the maritime community to join our Customer Success team. This is a phone-first role and the starting point on the MM-SEAS Employee Journey.
You would be the first voice a mariner hears when they call, answer the questions you know, and bring in the right specialist for the ones you don't.
Fully remote, 15 up to 40 hours a week, starting at $18 per hour.
We are looking for a patient, tech-comfortable person to join our team as a Navita Navigator. No USCG licensing experience required.
On a scheduled video call, you would guide a mariner screen by screen through submitting their MM-SEAS application in Navita, and hand deliver printed applications to your local REC for mariners who cannot.
Remote, within 20 miles of one of 17 USCG Regional Exam Centers. 15 up to 40 hours a week, starting at $20 per hour.
