Which of my sea time counts?
Tonnage, route, department, recency. We go through your record with you and tell you which days count toward what, and which ones do not count at all.
What course should I take, and when?
Courses cost money and some of them expire. We tell you which ones you need, what order to take them in, and which ones you can skip for now.
Do I already have enough sea service?
Sometimes you are closer than you think, and sometimes a year of the wrong sea service does not move you at all. We tell you which one you are looking at.
What is the route from here to Master?
The trainings and the sea service between the credential in your pocket and the one you want, in the order they have to happen.
The rules changed. What does that mean for me?
When the Coast Guard changes a training or sea service requirement, you get a person who can tell you what it means for the credential you are working toward.
