You can cancel at any time. When you cancel, you keep the full value of what you have already purchased. Expert Access and Admiral are annual, so if you cancel you keep access through the end of the term you paid for.
You will be notified by email and inside the service before a renewal is due. Expert Access and Admiral are annual. You will be asked to confirm your payment and your renewal before anything is charged.
Every Stress-Free MMC is covered by our guarantee. We help you get your MMC or you get your money back, no questions asked. If you do not end up with a credential, we refund the $399, whatever the reason. The one exception is the Coast Guard's own fees. Those are not ours to refund, so they are not included. To request a refund, email us at license_guidance@mmseas.com.
Expert Access and Admiral are annual and are not covered by the Stress-Free MMC guarantee. If you need a refund on either one, email us and we will look at it case by case. We would rather hear from you than have you feel stuck with something you are not using.
