Yes. When you submit your MMC renewal application you can also submit the documentation for an upgrade as part of the same package.
What paperwork do I need for upgrading my MMC?
To submit an upgrade request along with the renewal paperwork, you will need to check the upgrade box on the CG-719B. If you are applying for your upgrade/renewal using MM-SEAS, we fill out the CG-719B form for you!
Along with the renewal requirements, you will need to submit proof of meeting the requirements of the upgrade.
