Can I use my Aviation Medical Certificate in lieu of the USCG CG719K Medical for my USCG License?
No, the USCG will only accept the USCG 719K physical form. No other physical is accepted in its place, unless you are working for Military Sealift Command and complete a DD2807 or DD2808.

Some quick tips on your USCG Medical for your License
Make sure that you also sign the form on Page 9, Section X: Applicant Signature. It’s one of the most common mistakes we hear about with CG719Ks!
The USCG Medical team only accepts one big pdf file for all 10 pages. You need to turn your medical paperwork into a pdf. We recommend using the free Adobe Scan App on your phone or you can use a scanner.
